Processing time
Our products are made to order, which means we create your item after your order has been placed. To ensure the highest quality, our products are all handmade with love and attention to details. At this time, please expect your order to ship out in 7-15 business days.
SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
• International shipping: 12-28 business days (depending on your country)
• Please note，As there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping, we can't make any shipping time guarantees. We are also unable to offer return for items arrive late.
• We offer free standard shipping for all orders above $100 USD!
ORDER TRACKING
Once the package has been dispatched, a tracking number is sent to the e-mail address specified when placing the order, with which you can track the shipment.
Delivery Delays
During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been despatched from our warehouse.
Customs Charges
The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. Sienna Rossi Ins is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
HOW TO CANCEL MY ORDER？
It may be possible to cancel an order within 2-4 hours， please contact us immediately. Requests received within this timeframe will be processed free of charge. Please email us at luoyaweimaoyi@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
Once the order begins processing in our system, we may be unable to amend it. Please take extra care when placing an order, as we do not accept any changes on orders that have already been processed. By placing an order, you expressly agree to follow and abide by these terms.
